Social Media Assistant & Content Creator to Real Estate Agent

Location: Remote
Hours: 10 hours per week (Eastern Time Zone)
Pay: $4/hour

Overview:
I’m seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to help grow my social following and real estate database. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for social media, video editing, and community engagement. You’ll work directly with me to create engaging content, research trends, and expand my online presence.

Responsibilities:

Research trendy videos and share them for recreation.
Engage with the local community through social platforms.
Edit and post content across all platforms.
Understand and update SEO to improve visibility.
Research local news and develop video scripts.
Consistently uplevel content to stay ahead of trends.
Grow and build a >Facebook community.
Assist in creating an online course.

Requirements:

Video editing skills with experience creating polished, engaging content.
Proven experience in growing and managing social media accounts.
Understanding of community building on Facebook or other platforms.
Familiarity with SEO and content optimization.
Ability to work 10 hours per week during Eastern business hours.
Must provide:
Examples of videos you’ve edited.
Work experience with previous clients where you’ve helped grow a social media following.
Details of a previous role where you successfully built or contributed to an online community.
