### **Job Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated **Operating Manager** to help us streamline and grow our business. This is a part-time position ideal for someone with experience in digital marketing, website management, and systems optimization. As the Operating Manager, you will be responsible for:

- **Managing Digital Advertising**: Creating and managing **Facebook and Google Ads** campaigns to drive leads and bookings for our bounce house rentals.
- **Website & Booking Platform Optimization**: Overseeing updates and improvements to our website and booking platform to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Streamlining Systems**: Designing and implementing systems to automate and simplify the booking process, making it easier for clients to reserve our services and enhancing overall efficiency.

This role will start at **approximately 6 hours per week** and offers the flexibility to work from home. If successful, there may be an opportunity to expand the role as the business grows.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Facebook & Google Ads Management**:
- Develop, execute, and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to drive leads and conversions.
- Track and analyze ad performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.

- **Website & Booking Platform Management**:
- Reconfigure and optimize our website for better user experience and conversions.
- Ensure our booking platform is intuitive, user-friendly, and fully integrated with our marketing efforts.

- **Process Improvement & Systems Optimization**:
- Create and implement systems that streamline our booking process for clients, reducing friction and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Automate aspects of the booking and follow-up process, ensuring smooth operations and consistent customer communication.

- **Reporting & Analytics**:
- Provide regular updates on campaign performance, website traffic, and booking conversion rates.
- Use data to drive decisions and continuously improve marketing and operational strategies.

### **Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in **Facebook and Google Ads** management (preferably for local businesses or event-related services).
- Strong understanding of **website management and optimization**, including experience with booking platforms, landing pages, and user experience (UX).
- **Tech-savvy** and able to quickly learn new software tools (experience with platforms like **Wix**, **Squarespace**, **Bookeo**, or ** ---------- ** is a plus).
- Strong **organizational skills** and ability to create and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote, part-time role.
- **Excellent communication skills**, with the ability to collaborate with a small team.

### **Preferred Experience:**

- Experience working in **event planning** or **party rentals** (a plus, but not required).
- Knowledge of **local SEO** and how it can improve lead generation for a service-based business.
- Familiarity with **email marketing** tools and automation (Mailchimp, etc.).
