Help with Wordpress content migration

Hey all - need help from somebody with experience in migrating content on Wordpress from one live blog to another one.

Essentially, you'll need to simply double-check/migrate images, ensure spacing and content and dates are consistent and help with SEO-related tasks.

It's a relatively simple process, but will lead to ongoing work if executed well.
