Wordpress Developer

My Company needs a Wordpress Developer, who got experience in creating Websites and Online Shops. Web Design would also be nice as a skill. Javascript and css knowledge is only needed in some projects. We would like to hire a very experienced Wordpress Developer, who already worked with the most popular Themes and maybe could give us Knowledge and bring some new ideas to our projects.
