Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability
Schedule in-person with hiring managers
Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer and onboarding
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate records and track candidate progress
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent
Previous experience recruiting for a US Company preferred
Previous experience recruiting for a home services company preferred
Must be able to work approximately Mon - Fri. 8am - 5pm EDT
