JOB OVERVIEW

Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce our services, and qualify leads based on their interest and needs.
Lead Nurturing: Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and texts to maintain engagement and build relationships.
Database Management: Input and update lead information into our CRM system accurately and promptly.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for real estate agents with qualified leads.
Market Research: Identify potential leads through online research and compile contact lists.
Lead Tracking: Monitor and report on the progress of outreach campaigns and lead conversions.
Communication Support: Answer inbound inquiries from prospective clients when needed.


Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation, preferably in real estate.
Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., KVCore, HubSpot), dialers, and spreadsheet software.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
Self-Motivated: A proactive attitude with the ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Organized: Strong time-management and data-entry skills to manage multiple leads effectively.
Availability: Flexibility to work during hours suitable for the target market.
