We are hiring a highly organized, execution-focused Virtual Assistant / Online Boutique Operations Manager to help rebuild and relaunch an existing online boutique from the ground up.
This is not a brand-new idea — this is a business with existing inventory, legacy content (2017–2019), past customers, and prior investment that is being intentionally revived and modernized.
You will manage day-to-day operations, customer coordination, backend systems, and execution — allowing the founder to focus on packaging/shipping and her primary business.
You will work closely with the Social Media Manager and Online Creative Director to bring the founder’s vision to life and ensure smooth daily operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Boutique Relaunch & Setup
Support rebuilding the online store (Shopify or similar)
Upload and organize existing inventory (SKUs, pricing, variants)
Help repurpose and organize legacy content (photos, videos from 2017–2019)
Assist in setting up customer
Help relaunch brand pages and storefronts
Day-to-Day Operations
Manage customer inquiries
Coordinate with Social Media Manager on promotions and launches
Track orders, inventory, and customer data
Maintain organized backend systems (orders, customers, products)
Communicate daily priorities and updates to the founder
Customer & Brand Support
Re-engage past customers
Support new customer onboarding and communication
Maintain professional, on-brand communication at all times
