Key Qualifications:

- Solid Accounting Background: You possess a robust understanding of accounting principles and have experience managing financial records accurately and efficiently.
- Proficiency in Buildium: Your expertise in Buildium software is highly valued, allowing you to effectively handle our accounting needs.
- Experience in the Property Management Industry: Prior experience in this sector is highly valued, providing you with insights into the unique financial and operational facets of our business.
- Attention to Detail: Your meticulous nature ensures all financial transactions are recorded precisely, and reports are diligently prepared.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as: Google Sheets, Excel, AirTable, etc
- Excellent Communication Skills: You excel in conveying financial information clearly to tea ---------- mbers and stakeholders.
- Availability in EST Office Hours: You can work during regular Eastern Standard Time (EST) office hours (at least partially), ensuring alignment with our team's schedule and operations.
- Experience Working in EST: Previous experience working in EST office hours is necessary, indicating your familiarity with managing tasks and responsibilities within this time zone.


Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance accounting processes and financial efficiency.
- Assist in other operations such as maintenance
