Project Manager/Executive Assistant

I have 5 businesses and need someone who is HIGHLY organized to help me get everything done. There are 6 projects if you consider that I need personal assistance as well. :)

You will work with another EA that I've already hired. I need someone who can work US hours, Central Time.

1 - Pushbutton AI: I run a team of 7 sales reps for an AI company
2 - I'm about to release a site for learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
3 - I'm about to release a mobile app that help you remember everything you read
4 - I own a record label and am currently producing 30 songs. I work with several musicians and 2 sound engineers
5 - A collaborative art website for the creation of movie scripts.

I use Clickup for an organizational platform and to work with the sales team. You would need to be or become very familiar with it.

To add to the above, I would need someone who can not only help prioritize all the above on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, but also take into consideration exercise routines and my ever changing morning schedule.

I also need help with other tasks than organization, such as posting to Facebook, communicating with my staff, etc.
