What you’ll be doing:
Managing bookkeeping tasks using ERP software
Entering and updating financial records with precision
Organising and maintaining financial documentation for easy access
Processing daily bank transactions and performing reconciliations
Reconciling client and supplier statements
Responding to enquiries via phone and
Providing general administrative support as needed
Who we’re looking for:
Experience in bookkeeping, with knowledge of XERO or similar systems
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational skills for managing financial information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
