Airbnb VA Property Manager

About Us:
We are managing 50 Airbnb properties In Zurich, Switzerland.

Job Responsibilities:
Guest Communication: Promptly answer guest questions within 5 minutes.
Cleaning Coordination: Send the cleaning schedule to cleaners every evening.
Maintenance Follow up: Make sure maintenance tasks are done on time.
Review Management: Make sure to get 5-star reviews and remove bad reviews.

Availability:
The position requires work 6 days a week, totaling 60 hours per week

Requirements:
Experience:
- Prior experience working with Airbnb Customer Support is a must.
- Prior experience of working as a Virtual Assistant (Short Term Rental Company) is a must.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using property management software, Airbnb platform, and other relevant tools.
