We're looking for a Website Designer & Brand Assistant who can work with us to build standout websites and polished brand designs.

Your main focus will be on creating and finishing website builds in Squarespace, preparing mockups in Canva, and bringing brand concepts to life in a collaborative environment.

Job Description

As our Website Designer & Brand Assistant, you’ll play a key role in crafting and completing website designs, working directly with our clients’ brand concepts, and ensuring everything comes together seamlessly. You’ll be setting up websites, handling back-end integrations, and finalizing details that make each project exceptional.

This is a part-time, contract position starting at 10 hours per week, with plenty of potential to grow in hours and compensation.

Key Responsibilities

Website Design & Development:

--Collaborate on Brand Concepts: Work with us to develop website plans, brand mockups, and polished, cohesive visuals that bring our clients’ brands to life.

--Website Builds & Finishing: Complete website designs in Squarespace (primarily), WordPress (Elementor), and Kajabi, ensuring a cohesive, branded look and functionality across all pages.

--SEO Optimization: Perform keyword research and optimize SEO elements (titles, descriptions, alt text) for completed websites.

--Integrations & Automation: Add necessary integrations through tools like ---------- and Zapier to streamline user experience and website functionality.

--Client-Ready Site Handovers: Finalize and document each website project for client handover, creating easy-to-follow guides and documentation.

Brand & Visual Design:

--Canva Branding & Mockups: Create brand assets and mockups in Canva, ensuring a consistent and attractive brand identity across digital assets.

--Visual Enhancements: Develop visually engaging elements and layouts for websites and branding that align with our clients’ unique identities.

Project Support & Administration:

--Organize Client Projects in ClickUp: Maintain ClickUp project boards, keeping everything organized and on track.

--Set Up Automations: Help with setting up workflows and automations using ---------- and Zapier for smooth project and client management.

--Email Campaigns & Embedding Forms: Assist with email campaign setups and form embedding as needed.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

--At least 1 year of experience in website design, ideally in Squarespace, WordPress (Elementor), and/or Kajabi.
--Familiarity with Canva for brand design, mockups, and visual layouts.
--SEO basics, including keyword research and application of SEO strategies.
--Experience with integrations like ---------- and Zapier is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Rate: $5 USD/hour, with potential for growth in rate and hours after trial period and based on performance.
