YouTube Video Editing Needed

I am a YouTube creator who posts a once-weekly video podcast that mostly features talking head style videos, ranging from 9-18 minutes. I need an editor to perfect the sound, edit the videos, add some basic text animations, and b-roll for these videos (four per month) and sometimes have shorter one-off videos on my channel.
