Real Estate Lead & Follow Up Specialist

Hello, I am Greg and I am looking for someone to contact and follow up with leads that come in.

You will contact and follow-up with leads every day via email, phone and text message. You need to be organized and able to speak EXCELLENT English.

I will pay $6 US/hour. Plus performance bonuses

I will use Timeproof and pay at the end of every week via Onlinejobs.ph, Venmo, Paypal or Wise

You must have experience in using follow up systems and managing a real estate lead system. And you must be able to speak and write English very well.

-You will use my CRM (Pipedrive) to contact and follow up with leads, make appointments, keep detailed notes and manage my lead system.

-You must be able to keep excellent notes on all communication

-You must be organized and good at time management

-You must have a way to send text messages (Not WhatsApp). Either using a USA phone number or have a system to send text messages to leads. This is a must. I believe Openphone allows you to do this or Google voice

- You must have experience with lead calling and follow-up

*I will ONLY consider you if you send me a voice recording so I can hear how you speak and please tell me what experience you have with being a lead-specialist in real estate.
