Photoshop and Photo Manipulation Expert for Banner Ads

Hi there,

We need someone with extensive Photoshop expertise and someone with a great command over Photo Manipulation to design some ads for our products. We need to do a lot of manipulation and morphing and background editing etc to show the usage of these products via these ads and need someone who's quick and yet tidy with his work.
