eCommenrce Customer Support by Email for 1-Month

I'm looking for a customer support assistant to reply back by email to customers with shipping and tracking questions.

I will pay $0.16 per processed email. Must know how to use email and be able to write conversational English. Please, apply to this job by submitting a sample email you will write for a customer how is asking where there product is at but the product has been shipped already and hasn't arrive.
