Supreme Scapes is a residential and commercial landscaping company based in Cincinnati, Ohio. We are looking for individuals with the drive to maximize their earning potential. We are looking to hire a full-time, permanent Virtual Assistant to help run our office processes. Our focus is to provide our staff with a challenging yet rewarding work experience, all while maintaining a fun atmosphere. We are growing and looking for an A-player administrator who can answer "YES!" to the following questions:

The Virtual Executive Assistant position is a critical role. We aim to ensure details are correctly tracked and monitored in our back-end systems.


Duties (included but are not limited to):
-- Create a positive working environment with co-workers
-- Data entry - Researching and inputting data in a spreadsheet
-- Complete tasks as requested in our project management system
-- Daily updates to all required administrative tracking systems and CRM
-- Offer feedback to improve current systems
-- Daily use of our tech stack - Hubspot, Dropbox, Google Suite, Loom, Quickbooks, SynkedUp, Company Cam, GembaDocs, and Slack


NON-NEGOTIABLES:
- Working hours are flexible, but a daily checklist to customers needs to be sent by 7 pm Eastern Standard Time. Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
-A quiet environment to work in. Working from cafes is not allowed. Neither is working at home while caring for children (aside from the occasional sick day home from school of course)
-A computer or laptop
-Headset with microphone
-Mouse and keyboard
-High-speed internet connection (100mbps+)
