We’re looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team and help us connect directly with customers to bring the health benefits of our saunas to homes across the country.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative at Enlighten, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by directly engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process. You will be the face of our brand, building strong relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to purchase.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers via phone,
Understand customer needs and recommend the best sauna solutions to meet their wellness goals.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Provide detailed product information, answer customer questions, and address concerns.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and website inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on new products, promotions, and market trends.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 1-5 years of sales experience; marketing experience is a plus.
Proven experience in direct-to-consumer sales (experience in wellness, health, or home improvement industries is a plus).
Communication: Strong communication skills with a proven ability to close deals. Excellent English is a must. interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho preferred), Google Suite, Excel, and
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer-Centric Attitude: Passion for providing exceptional service and helping customers.
Passion for health, wellness, and promoting a balanced lifestyle.

Work Schedule and Holidays:
Full-time, weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (12:00 AM to 9:00 AM Manila Time) and should be willing to work on weekends as many leads come on weekends.
