Admin Specialist (Marketing Focus)

Students Explore Australia Pty Ltd is on a mission to connect young people with nature, to improve the wellbeing of our next generation. We predominantly achieve this through delivering our school camp programs, and camps for young people who have significant and permanent disabilities.

We have been in operation for 9 years and are leaders in a uniquely positioned niche that falls between education, disability support and tourism in Australia. We currently have team of 16 fulltime staff and approximately 40 casual staff. This includes 10 high performing fulltime staff in the Philippines.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This is a work from home (WFH) / day shift role, in which you will be in charge of marketing focused administration within our business - which allows our message to be spread via paid digital marketing using Meta / Facebook (approx 60% of the role) and organic social media management (20% or the role). This directly impacts how many young people we can connect with nature, and therefore how much positive impact we can have on young people. The role can be summed up into 2 major components:

MAIN TASKS: Marketing Focused Administration (24 hours per week)

Facebook and Instagram (60%) - Including ManyChat automation.

Email Marketing (20%)
LinkedIn ads (20%)

Note: You will have access to a senior paid marketing specialist as a consultant if needed, and we are almost finished documenting detailed instructions for all role processes, so you'll have plenty of guidance for paid ads.

SIDE TASKS: Organic Social Media Management (8 hours per week)
Scheduling posts
Creating content using our digital asset pool
Using Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn channels

OTHER TASKS: General Role Duties (8 hours per week)
Creating Process documentation (SOP’s)
Attending weekly meetings
Collaborating with tea ---------- mbers to help them achieve their quarterly tasks.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- An experienced, senior level administrator, and highly organised and disciplined
- Perhaps been an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to an executive, or similar role
- Some experience with Graphic Design AND video editing/creation (using our asset pool of raw video/photos)
- Have some experience with facebook ads or is willing to learn
- Experience with email marketing or willing to learn
- Experience with LinkedIn ads or willing to learn
- A proficient English communicator
- Process orientated, and a systematic thinker
- A person who fully lives our core values
- A person who can work as part of a team

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Stable internet connection with a minimum standard of 20 mbps download / 5 mbps upload
- A home office environment with an adequate setup for concentration

The role is permanent full time, with 40 hours of work expected per week, with some flexibility for the right candidate. Our office is located in Everard Park, South Australia 5035, and we work in the Adelaide time zone, which is currently 6:30am – 3:30pm in the Philippines.
