Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team and play a key role in developing and maintaining our ERP software. You will work on a large codebase, enhancing functionality and ensuring system reliability. Your work will directly impact our operations and efficiency, supporting our mission to deliver high-quality modular homes.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails code within our ERP system.
- Develop new features and optimize existing ones in a large codebase.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Utilize Hotwire to improve front-end interactivity within the Rails application.
- Ensure application performance, robustness, and security.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails or similar.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL and database optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Hotwire (Turbo & Stimulus) for enhancing application interactivity.
- Strong understanding of modern Rails practices and conventions.
- Proven ability to work on large-scale codebases, with experience refactoring and improving legacy code.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
