WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Project Planning & Coordination: Oversee and execute projects, ensuring that every detail—from cleaning service efficiency to team coordination—is on point.

- Automations & Optimization: We’re looking for someone who can set up and manage automations to streamline scheduling, client communication, and reporting. Experience with Go High Level and Zapier is a must.

- Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing campaigns and initiatives, focusing on email marketing and digital engagement to attract and retain clients. Your marketing savvy will help boost our brand and client base.

- Monitoring & Reporting: Keep track of project progress, address issues proactively, and ensure tasks are completed to our high standards. Prepare project reports, track KPIs, and share insights on the effectiveness of your projects and automation setups.




WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: Proven project management experience, ideally within the cleaning industry or another service-based field. You should have a track record of managing your own projects and delivering them on time.

- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Go High Level and Zapier is ideal. We need someone who can set up, refine, and manage automations that streamline our business.

- Marketing Know-How: Experience with digital marketing, especially email marketing and client engagement, is a strong plus.

- Strong Communicator: You’ll work with our team and occasionally with clients, so clear, proactive communication is essential.

- Self-Motivated: This is a remote role that requires independence, reliability, and excellent time-management skills.




COMPENSATION
- Pay: $4-$8 per hour, depending on experience. We value quality and pay fairly for your experience and skills.
