Role Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced No-Code Developer with expertise in ---------- or similar no-code platforms to build a fully functional, user-friendly app from start to finish. This role involves not just technical development but also a deep understanding of our mission, working closely with our team to bring the vision of iGift to life as a dynamic, interactive, and inspiring platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build the Core iGift Platform
Develop the end-to-end iGift app using ---------- (or another no-code platform) to include:
• User Authentication with invitation-only access and secure profile management.
• Gift Creation and Redemption Workflow allowing users to create, save, redeem, or re-gift iGifts with attached notes, stories, or gratitude messages.
• Live Feed showing real-time updates of gifts shared, received, and re-gifted within the network.
• Karmic Ripple Tracker visualizing the ripple effect of each gift, showing how acts of generosity spread and impact others over time.
• Interactive Community Features
Implement social features such as comments, reactions, and Giftimonials to create a rich, interactive community environment.
• User-Friendly Interface & Design
Work with our team to create a clean, intuitive design that embodies iGift’s ethos of kindness and connection, ensuring an engaging and inspiring user experience.
• Real-Time Notifications
Set up in-app notifications and alerts (using tools like Twilio or SendGrid) to notify users about new gifts, gratitude messages, and ripple milestones.
• Privacy & Security
Develop a secure user authentication and privacy system, ensuring each user’s data is protected, and privacy options are customizable for Giftimonials and ripple tracking.
• Analytics & Impact Tracking
Build out analytics features to track each user’s giving milestones, impact metrics, and ripple growth over time.
• Integration & Automation
Use tools like Zapier or Integromat to integrate external services for automated workflows, such as sending reminders, notifications, or syncing data for tracking.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with No-Code Platforms
Proven experience building complex applications in ---------- (preferred) or similar no-code tools, with a portfolio showcasing prior work in building functional, interactive apps from scratch.
• Technical Skills in Workflow Automation
Proficiency in creating advanced workflows, conditional logic, and data management within no-code platforms. Familiarity with integrations for real-time data handling and notifications.
• UI/UX Design Understanding
Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that resonate with the iGift mission. Experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.
• Data Security and Privacy
Knowledge of data privacy practices and experience implementing secure user authentication and data handling in no-code apps.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
Ability to anticipate challenges, identify optimal solutions, and apply best practices to achieve a smooth, high-quality app experience.
• Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills
Ability to work with a remote team, take feedback constructively, and align the build process with iGift’s core mission and values.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with platforms like Airtable, Twilio, SendGrid, and Zapier for advanced workflow automation.
• Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel for tracking user engagement and platform performance.
• A background in building community-driven platforms, social networks, or mission-driven apps is a strong advantage.
