SALARY:
Monthly rate of 400$ USD - 600$ USD. (Depending on experience)
Bonus: 2 weeks of paid time off after 12 months of continuous work (10 Working Days).

ABOUT US:
Our company sells tools for mechanics across Canada and the United States. No need to know about tools or cars to join our team! However, some experience with Amazon or Shopify is expected.

We’re currently a small team of 6 people, and most of us are located in the Philippines, but also in India and Panama.

DAILY TASKS:
- Research high-potential products for Amazon FBA.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and terms.
- Monitor inventory levels; plan and place reorders.
- Manage purchase orders and track shipments.
- Arrange product inspections to meet quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon FBA requirements.
- Coordinate shipping and delivery to Amazon warehouses.
- Review costs to maintain profitability.
- Generate reports on inventory and purchasing.
- Build strong supplier relationships.
- Various administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- **Experience in Product Sourcing**: At least 3 years of proven experience in sourcing products, ideally for Amazon FBA, e-commerce, or retail.
- **Knowledge of Amazon FBA**: At least 3 years of familiarity with Amazon’s FBA requirements, processes, and standards.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze product trends, costs, and profitability using tools like Keepa.
- **Supplier Relationship Management**: Skills in building and maintaining supplier relationships for long-term collaboration.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in handling purchase orders, compliance requirements, and product inspections.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
- **Basic Financial Understanding**: Ability to calculate costs, profitability, and margins.
- **Work Ethic:** Can work with minimal supervision while delivering excellent results.
