Video Editor for Social Media Ads

I'm looking for a video editor who can edit Social Media (TikTok, Meta, YouTube) ads for my small startup Marketing agency. The working hours are relatively flexible and I am located in Cyprus, which only has a time difference of 5 hours with Manila. Right now, I am looking for someone who can help us out for one month, as we have a lot of videos to edit in the coming weeks. But this could possibly also lead to a full-time position on a longterm basis.
