Job Title: Internet Researcher/Sourcer

Position Overview:
Lorena’s List is looking for an Internet Savvy Researcher/Sourcer who has the ability to use provided tools to identify candidates that are “fits” for Job Orders from our Client Companies.
You will be given specific specifications to search on and you are to uncover qualified candidates using the internet and provided software tools to help in the research process. You will then present a list of qualified candidates along with all their contact information.
You will also perform data entry activities to input the information you find in a shared database. You will help create a coding process so that recruiters (and yourself) can use past sourced data to pull up candidates already researched.
Finally, you will generate reports to show statistics of candidates researched, contacted, recruited, placed, etc… Please take a look at a sample YouTube Video of some of the positions we fill. Once you are there, you can view other past videos as well. http://youtu.be/rroemRH_CJc

Requirements
• Proven Research Skills
• Ability to learn new software to assist in the research process
• Ability to think outside the basic instructions given & creatively generate other sources of finding candidates
• Good Grammar and Communication Skills are a must
• Excellent Data Entry Skills
• Excellent Attention to Details is critical and is a Must

Other Skills/Abilities
• Past Candidate Research and Sourcing Skills are a BIG PLUS but not mandatory
• Past experience working in a Recruiting environment is a BIG PLUS but not mandatory
• It’s essential I have your full attention for the full 8 hours of your shift. I prefer you do not have another job. If you do, please let me know and please explain how it will not affect your time with me.
• A strong desire to grow your researching skills and offer outside the box suggestions is highly encouraged
