Hiring a Writer - must be Fluent in written English

We're looking for a writer to join our team - who we will train to become an email marketing copywriter. No past experience writing emails is required - we write mostly simple types of emails, heavily utilizing AI.

You will be taught everything you need to know - the only pre-requisite is that you can write FLUENT written english. And you can write anything that is creative, flows well and reads well.

Your Key Responsibilities (you will be taught all of this with SOPs):
- Weekly Email Scheduling: Plan and set up a weekly email schedule for our clients, ensuring consistent communication with their audiences.
- Email Copywriting: Write engaging, high-converting email content using ChatGPT, aligned with our clients' branding and objectives. Accuracy in spelling and grammar is essential.
- Design Coordination: Work closely with our design team to make sure emails are visually appealing and on-brand. Request amendments if needed to maintain high standards.
- Klaviyo Management: Upload and format emails within Klaviyo, managing campaigns from draft to send. Review emails thoroughly to ensure correct links, lists, and error-free copy.
- Client Communication: Occasionally interact with clients via Slack (text-only), though this will be infrequent.
Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle additional tasks within other areas of our business, such as our dropshipping projects.
