Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills? We’re looking for a proactive Inbox Manager to join our team and support us in managing high volumes of emails with efficiency and accuracy.

Position Details:

Role: Inbox Manager
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM Central Time (CT)
Pay: $3 per hour
About the Role: As our Inbox Manager, your primary responsibility will be to organize and manage our company inbox. You’ll be filtering messages, prioritizing tasks, responding to general inquiries, and flagging important emails for follow-up. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a variety of communication with professionalism and clarity, ensuring no message goes unanswered or overlooked.

Key Responsibilities:
Organize and manage the company inbox, sorting emails into categories, prioritizing high-importance emails, and keeping the inbox uncluttered.
Respond to general inquiries promptly and professionally.
Flag urgent emails or action items for quick follow-up.
Work with other tea ---------- mbers to escalate or delegate tasks as needed.
Track and document completed tasks or responses for reference and reporting.
Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team’s communication needs.
Ideal Candidate:
Has experience managing high-volume email inboxes or similar administrative duties.
Has strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Communicates fluently and professionally in written English.
Is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Is able to work efficiently in the Central Time Zone hours (10 AM - 6 PM CT).
Proactively addresses issues and can adapt to changing priorities.
Required Qualifications:
Prior experience in email or inbox management, customer service, or virtual assistance.
Access to a stable internet connection and a reliable computer.
Proficiency with Gmail and Google Workspace tools.
Familiarity with using filters, labels, and other inbox organization tools.
