Coast Life Companies, a leading commercial real estate developer, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Post-Production Specialist to join our team part time. This role will be instrumental in creating polished, professional video content that represents our projects, values, and mission across our website and social media channels.

The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through video, has a strong eye for detail, and possesses advanced editing skills. You will be responsible for taking raw video footage and turning it into compelling, high-quality content that reflects the dynamic and innovative spirit of Coast Life Companies.

Key Responsibilities:

-Edit and enhance video content for web, social media, and other digital platforms, ensuring a professional, cohesive final product.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with our brand identity and messaging.
-Utilize advanced editing techniques, including color correction, audio enhancement, and motion graphics, to produce engaging, polished videos.
-Manage all aspects of post-production, from initial editing through to final export and delivery.
-Organize and archive raw footage and completed projects to ensure a streamlined workflow.
-Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements to bring fresh ideas and methods to the team.
