About the Role
We're looking for a dedicated individual to manage customer interactions and ensure a positive experience for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the full customer lifecycle, including high-level problem resolution and technical store management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via
- Manage returns, process refunds, and resolve complex customer complaints.
- Handle order-related issues and queries through Shopify.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.
Requirements:
- Must have direct experience with Shopify and e-commerce operations.
- Must have experience managing returns, refunds, and customer complaints.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting products in fashion accessories, personalized items, or the gift industry is a plus.
- Experience with tools such as Freshdesk, Slack, ClickUp, and Notion.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with using Hubstaff for time tracking.
- Work schedule is subject to change depending on operational needs. Flexibility is required.
Work Details:
- Work Hours: 8 hours per day; Full Time.
- Work Schedule: Subject to change depending on operational needs. May include weekends and/or holidays.
- Salary: $4/hr.
Term: Initial seasonal contract with monthly renewal based on operational needs. Potential for transition to a full-time role.
