Social Media Specialist

We are a marketing agency looking for a social media specialist.

Responsibilities:
-managing social media accounts for different brands (mostly restaurants), creating and uploading daily stories, scheduling ready-made reels and posts, as well as replying to customers messages
-creating content calendars and shooting briefs for the production team
-occasionally creating presentations and monthly reports

Salary: $320 monthly
Working hours: 5 hours a day, 7 days a week

Bonuses:

In addition to the base salary, you will be eligible for performance-based bonuses as follows:
1. Content Approval Bonus: $25 for each monthly content calendar approved by the client without any required edits.
2. Follower Growth Bonus: $25 if a brand gains more than 1,200 followers in total over the course of a month.
