Job Title:
Experienced Virtual Assistant for Lead Generation & LinkedIn Outreach Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant to support and enhance our North American market outreach initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in lead generation, CRM management, dialer operations, and LinkedIn research and outreach. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of driving results through targeted engagement and high-quality lead sourcing.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in scaling our client outreach efforts and will be responsible for managing, refining, and optimizing outreach strategies to ensure consistent pipeline growth and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and gather leads that align with our target audience in the North American market. Maintain accurate and organized lists for easy tracking and follow-up.
CRM Management: Input, organize, and manage leads in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy at all times. Regularly update records with relevant information, status updates, and progress notes.
Dialer Operations: Use dialer software effectively for making outbound calls and conducting follow-ups. Document outcomes and adjust call strategies based on results and feedback.
LinkedIn Research & Outreach: Perform comprehensive LinkedIn searches to identify and connect with potential clients. Develop and execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage prospects, nurture relationships, and convert leads.
Outreach Reporting: Track and report on key metrics related to lead generation and outreach campaigns. Provide actionable insights and feedback for continuous process improvement and strategic adjustments.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in lead generation specifically for the North American market.
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with major CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and the ability to maintain and manage extensive data records.
Dialer Knowledge: Experience using dialer systems to conduct high-volume calls and manage lead follow-ups efficiently.
LinkedIn Expertise: Strong background in conducting LinkedIn research, building strategic connections, and managing LinkedIn outreach campaigns for lead engagement. Candidates with LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience will be given preference.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage professionally with potential leads and clients.
Independence & Reliability: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet deadlines and performance targets.
Additional Information:
Candidates with extensive experience in LinkedIn outreach and those who can demonstrate successful past campaigns or case studies will be highly prioritized. The ability to adjust outreach messaging based on analytics and response rates is essential.
