Make.com and Airtable Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist with expertise in ---------- (Integromat) and Airtable to streamline our workflows and optimize data management processes. The ideal candidate has a strong background in automation, is proficient in database management, and has a track record of building and maintaining automated solutions to support business efficiency. This role requires both technical expertise and a strategic approach to data integration and process improvement.

Responsibilities
• Automation Development: Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using ---------- and Airtable to optimize and connect various business processes.
• Database Management: Set up, maintain, and enhance Airtable databases, ensuring accurate data structure and efficient data management.
• Integration & Scripting: Configure ---------- integrations with other tools and systems, incorporating custom scripting when needed to meet unique business requirements.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement across departments and implement streamlined workflows using ---------- and Airtable solutions.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Monitor and troubleshoot automations, ensuring accuracy and resolving issues promptly to avoid disruptions.
• Documentation & Training: Create detailed documentation and standard operating procedures for all workflows. Train tea ---------- mbers on how to use and maintain the automated systems.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs, gather requirements, and implement solutions that support departmental goals.
Requirements
• Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience with ---------- (Integromat) and Airtable, including creating advanced workflows and automation.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with ---------- and Airtable; knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, or similar) for advanced automation tasks.
• Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system inefficiencies.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on data accuracy and integrity.
• Communication: Effective communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with other automation tools (Zapier, ---------- , etc.).
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp.
• Basic knowledge of API integrations and webhooks.
