Looking for a Wordpress Developer

We are looking for a skilled and quick wordpress developer for daily ongoing work. Our goal is to build a team that can produce wordpress websites very quickly. Each member will have assistance from other team members in order to reduce the workload required of each of them individually. For the wordpress developer this means that the content is likely to be provided so that all that is left to do is select a theme and layout the information in a way that meets standards. As a test we’d like to simply replicate an existing site. We are looking for someone with the technical abilities, and a good eye for visually communicating the content provided, but the most important skill for this job is SPEED. We want to promise our customers that their website will be produced in a specific amount of time after they place an order.
