Real Estate Inside Sales Agent

We are a large Real Estate Investment company here in the Dallas/Fort Worth Texas Market who works with large hedge funds to acquire 80 properties a month to fill their portfolios. We also buy and flip and wholesale properties aswell.

We are looking to add a motivated inside sales rep to our team in order to increase our off market efforts. Your responsibilities will be as follows

Run hot sheets from the MLS daily to find potential properties that meet the funds needs.
Underwrite properties to determine their investment potential.
Submit properties for review to the hedge funds
Call/Text/Email online FSBO (For Sale By Owner) ads to see if they would be willing to sell for a reduced price for an all cash offer.
If the seller is interested then you will schedule an appointment for an agent to meet them at the house.
Submit and followup on offers made.
Post ads on craigslist attracting sellers to call us to buy their home.
Enter all information related to the lead into Podio.

Currently we are closing 8-10 properties a month per agent just on the MLS alone. Adding the off market as well this number should increase by another 5 at a minimum.

You will be paid per closed property that you are involved with.
