WEB DEVELOPER - With WordPress UI/UX Eperience

CertifyUSA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals through certification programs, career training, and resources. CertifyUSA is an application designed to help artists certify that their artwork is not AI-generated. We are passionate about making our digital experiences as inclusive and user-friendly as possible. As part of our mission, we are seeking an Artistic WordPress Designer or Part-time Web Developer with a strong passion for UI/UX design to join our team and enhance our online presence.

*The job description will be as follows:
- You will be responsible for the designing, coding, and construction of the website in WordPress and have to meet the brand expectations, by ensuring they look good, run smoothly, offer easy access points with no loading issues between pages or error messages
- Documentation and Reporting: You will provide detailed documentation of the work done, including any important information about the new CI/CD pipeline that may be required for future maintenance or upgrades
- Adhere to constant communication with the owner and other tea ---------- mbers inside. To develop and deploy their content and ensure there is a clear establishment of what can be created within what timeframe.
- Focus on improving the UI/UX by analyzing user feedback, performing usability testing, and continuously iterating on design elements to meet the needs of all users.
- Ability to diagnose, understand, and fix technical performance issues such as low-speed pages
- Must be able to manage your tasks and get work done with quality and on time.
- Performs troubleshooting with WordPress issues, especially on automation, and implementation for funnels, launches, and membership access.

Must also have the following skills;
- Proven experience working with WordPress tools.
- Can take designs or technical requirements and turn them into code
- A genuine passion for UI/UX design, with a focus on creating outstanding, accessible, and engaging user experiences centered around the needs of the user.
- Detail-oriented (pixel-perfect)
- Excellent English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Stable Internet Connection of 25mbps. Device at least core i5, Windows 10, 8th up gen.
