Digital Marketing Specialist - CRM & Automation Expert (kvCORE & GoHighLevel)

Kim Barber Coaching is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in CRM setup and automation to optimize and manage our systems, specifically kvCORE and GoHighLevel. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in these platforms (or similar CRMs) and excels at data organization, marketing automation, and driving client engagement.

Responsibilities:

Configure, customize, and maintain kvCORE and GoHighLevel CRMs to align with business needs
Manage and organize CRM data, including lead segmentation, nurturing workflows, and automation
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns within CRM platforms to increase lead generation and conversion
Design and optimize landing pages, sales funnels, and automated follow-up sequences to enhance the customer journey
Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues to ensure system functionality
Continuously refine CRM strategies to align with industry best practices and emerging trends
Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of experience with kvCORE, GoHighLevel, or other CRM systems
Proficient in CRM setup, customization, and data management for marketing automation
Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and client segmentation techniques
Proven ability to create high-converting landing pages and effective automation sequences
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
Preferred Skills:

Experience in digital marketing and automation across various industries
Familiarity with email marketing tools and SMS integrations
