JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, I’m Kyle, the founder of Furiously Curious Coaching. I’m a business coach and podcast host passionate about helping business owners succeed without sacrificing faith, family, and free time. I’m a one-man operation with big goals, so I’m looking for someone who shares my values of hard work, and direct communication. My style is hands-off, and I really appreciate a VA who can take initiative, work independently, and help me stay on top of both business and personal tasks.

Position Overview
I’m looking for a proactive, self-starting Virtual Assistant to help me manage daily tasks, stay accountable, and keep organized. You’ll work with me on a range of tasks—from podcast support to client communications and social media. If you enjoy variety and love helping someone stay on track, this role might be a perfect fit.

What You’ll Do
-Task Management & Weekly Check-ins: Run a weekly meeting where we go over my schedule, set priorities, and make sure action items are followed up on.
-Email & Calendar Management: Help manage my inbox by sorting, responding, flagging important messages, and reminding me to follow up on key emails. You’ll also help with scheduling as needed.
-Bookkeeping & Financial Support: Assist with personal bookkeeping, bill payments, and coordinate with my business bookkeeper occasionally.
-Podcast Support: Help organize and manage my weekly podcast, keeping things on schedule.
-Client Interaction & CRM Management: Once we’ve built some trust, you’ll take on more client interactions. You’ll also manage client info in a simple Excel sheet.
-Social Media Management: Help Oversee content scheduling and engagement on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
-Outbound Messaging System: Set up and manage an outbound messaging system for potential clients after completing a quick training.
-Content Creation & Research: Assist with drafting emails, blog posts, presentations, and conduct research for various projects.
-Personal Assistance: Help me order supplies, make appointments, and handle other personal tasks that come up.

What I’m Looking For
-Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs), YouTube, Stripe, and social media platforms.
-A strong internet connection for Google Meet video calls.
-Someone who is young, beautiful, and professional with a polished appearance for client interactions and video calls.
-A fresh perspective, with energy and enthusiasm to bring to the role.
-A self-starter who loves to get things done and takes a “figure-it-out” approach.
-Ability to create and report on your own KPIs to track your progress and success in the role.
