As we continue to expand our operations, we are actively seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Loan Processor.

How You Will Contribute:
• Maintain and organize loan data, ensuring accurate collection and management.
• Collect, review, and file loan documents, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Act as a liaison between third parties, borrowers, and our internal team, facilitating smooth and effective communication.
• Order and manage essential loan requirements, such as appraisals and inspections.
• Schedule and manage meetings for loan processes, ensuring efficient coordination.
• Create and manage loans in our origination system.
• Engage in underwriting activities.

• Maintain consistent communication with borrowers and other stakeholders.
• Support prospecting efforts to expand client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:
• A hardworking individual with a keen interest in learning about real estate investing.
• Exceptional organizational skills, strong time management, and a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple new tasks daily, with strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-driven and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and dependability.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and quick to learn new tech tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with clients and tea ---------- mbers.
• No prior real estate or lending experience is required, though any related experience is a plus.
