We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Closer to join our team. This role is vital to ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant closing processes for our real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will handle the closing process, from initial document review to final signatures, ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurate and complete. If you’re organized, meticulous, and skilled at relationship management, we would love to meet you.

What You'll Do:
- Transaction Coordination: Manage the closing process sellers to ensure all documents and agreements are in place.
- Document Review and Preparation: Review contracts, and closing statements to verify accuracy and compliance, addressing any discrepancies as they arise.
- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the closing process, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Closing Document Management: Prepare and organize closing documents, ensuring each step of the process is properly recorded and archived.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, to ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved.
- Post-Closing Follow-Up: Verify that all closing tasks have been completed accurately and provide clients with closing documentation.

- Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience as a real estate closer or in a related closing role within the real estate industry.

- Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance to clients and address any issues professionally and efficiently.
