We’re seeking a proactive and creative Marketing, Admin, and Research Executive to join our team and support our recruitment efforts through various marketing, administrative, and research tasks.

Job Description: In this multifaceted role, you will enhance our recruitment processes and marketing efforts. You will manage candidate records, engage with potential hires, and conduct research to identify lapsed candidates using Bullhorn. Additionally, you'll create compelling content for our LinkedIn page, stay updated on industry news, and ensure our online presence reflects our brand's excellence. A strong understanding of the UK and international fashion, retail, and consumer industries is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Content Creation:
Design engaging marketing materials using Canva or various platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging. Create pitches identify usps etc. Understand our brand DNA and what resonates with our clients.


Bullhorn CRM Management:
Regularly update candidate records, send targeted emails, and search for lapsed candidates within Bullhorn to re-engage and identify new opportunities.

Job Advert Writing & Candidate Screening:
Create clear and attractive job adverts tailored to our client needs. Screen applications to shortlist top candidates, particularly in the fashion, retail, and consumer sectors.

Pitching Proposals:
Prepare and present customised marketing proposals to clients, demonstrating how our services can meet their recruitment needs.

Candidate Sourcing:
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and Linked in and other platforms to source, approach, and engage with high-quality candidates in the fashion and retail industries specific to roles.

Administrative Support:
Manage projects, create and update search documents using Excel, and perform various administrative tasks to support recruitment operations. Including sourcing new suppliers, identifying new apps or platforms to support operations or improve client and candidate relationships.

Website Management & SEO:
Maintain and update our WordPress website, optimising content for SEO to increase visibility. Ensure the website remains up-to-date with the latest company news and job postings.

Marketing Campaigns:
Develop and implement email marketing campaigns and newsletters using Mailchimp, linked in and other platforms. crafting content that resonates with our target audience and monitoring campaign performance. Create and manage the marketing calender that mirrors our industry and identifies key events etc.

Social Media & Industry News:
Post industry-related news and updates on our LinkedIn page, keeping our followers informed about the latest trends in the fashion, retail, and consumer sectors.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in a similar role, ideally within the recruitment industry.
Familiarity with Bullhorn CRM, including updating records, emailing candidates, and conducting searches.
Strong writing skills for creating engaging job adverts and marketing content.
Proficiency in Canva for designing marketing materials.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools for candidate sourcing.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Strong Excel skills for managing and documenting projects.
Experience with WordPress, including content management and SEO best practices.
Familiarity with Mailchimp for creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
Understanding the fashion, retail, and consumer industries in the UK is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
