About Us:
Safety SecQR is a growing digital safety solutions company providing customized compliance and safety management tools for the construction and service-based industries. We empower businesses to meet safety standards through efficient, digital documentation and QR code solutions. We’re looking to take our Workers Portal to the next level, and we need a Go High Level (GHL) specialist to help us customize the platform to align with our specific needs.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Web Developer / Web Designer with expertise in Go High Level (GHL), specifically to help us build and customize our Workers Portal. The main responsibility is to enhance the portal's user experience by tailoring the tabs and menu options to meet Safety SecQR's requirements. This role involves aligning the portal’s functionality and appearance with our brand’s aesthetic and workflow needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize and configure Go High Level (GHL) tabs, menus, and layout to support the Safety SecQR Workers Portal functionality.
Create a seamless, user-friendly navigation system that allows workers to access key functions easily.
Design and style the portal interface to match Safety SecQR’s branding (using black and yellow safety colors) and functional requirements.
Ensure the portal’s layout supports quick access to critical safety documentation and forms (such as SWMS, WIR, WHS, and Permit to Work).
Integrate features to enhance worker engagement, autonomy, and safety compliance.
Collaborate with the Safety SecQR team to align portal features with worker needs, including access to personalized forms, QR codes, and client-specific resources.
Test and troubleshoot the portal to ensure a smooth user experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience in web development and web design, specifically with Go High Level (GHL).
Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, especially in a portal setting.
Familiarity with the construction, safety, or service-based industry is a plus.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant coding languages.
Excellent eye for detail and a solid understanding of branding.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with customizing GHL for client portals.
Graphic design skills to create a visually appealing layout consistent with our brand.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to deliver creative solutions that support portal functionality.
