Project Overview
We’re embarking on a complete redesign of the LUNAcare website, with a primary goal of improving user engagement and mobile responsiveness. This redesign will create a streamlined, mobile-first shopping journey that connects with our values and enhances user experience across all devices.

What You’ll Do
As our UX Designer, you will:
• Redesign the website structure and menu for a clean, intuitive, mobile-first experience.
• Incorporate storytelling and social media-inspired navigation for deeper brand connection.
• Develop engaging, interactive elements like swiping, carousels, and sticky CTAs to keep users connected.
• Design product pages that showcase our eco-friendly, comfort-driven offerings and inspire trust.
• Enhance FAQ and Help Center sections to be a resource and community hub for our users.

What Success Looks Like
1. Improved user engagement through clean, responsive design and simple, intuitive navigation.
2. Higher mobile conversions as a result of accessible, engaging product pages.
3. A website that expresses LUNAcare’s values of sustainability, comfort, and innovation, while seamlessly supporting shopping needs.

What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in UX design with an impressive portfolio, especially with mobile-first or eCommerce projects.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and familiarity with tools like Mobbin for quick, effective design prototyping.
• A history of successful eCommerce UX projects with clear evidence of user-centered, mobile-responsive layouts.
• Creativity to integrate storytelling, simplicity, and user engagement into every touchpoint.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for creating functional, beautiful experiences that bring LUNAcare’s values to life.
