Shopify Assistant with Dropshipping Experience

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Shopify Virtual Assistant who can help manage our Shopify store and assist with daily operations, product management, and customer support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Shopify, have hands-on experience in the dropshipping model, and be comfortable working in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and images on Shopify
Process and fulfill customer orders efficiently using dropshipping suppliers
Track orders and manage inventory to ensure timely delivery
Respond to customer inquiries and provide top-notch support
Analyze product performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Assist in creating promotional materials and updating website content as needed
Stay up-to-date with Shopify and dropshipping best practices

Requirements:

Proven experience working with Shopify (1+ years preferred)
Proven experience with increasing sales
Strong understanding of dropshipping processes and order fulfillment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with e-commerce tools, apps, and plugins (Oberlo, AliExpress, etc.)
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Skills:

Experience with social media management and marketing
Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Photoshop experience is a plus)
Familiarity with SEO and email marketing tools
