Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of multiple high-end Airbnb properties
Coordinate with cleaning crews, maintenance staff, and contractors
Handle guest communications, check-ins, and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

2+ years of property management experience, preferably in short-term rentals
Strong knowledge of Airbnb platform and market dynamics
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Availability for occasional evening and weekend work
Experience with property management software preferred
