Virtual Assistant for Social Media

Hi future teammate!

I run a social media platform and am looking for a VA I can trust to project manage all my social media platforms and who eventually I can form a long-term working relationship with. I am based in Singapore, so we are in the same time zone. I have a VA who has been my trusty right hand woman and I’m looking for another to join the team. This will be a full time role.

Primary tasks will include:
-use my existing blog content/videos to organise the information in a short form post
- Able to write and present information in a clear concise and helpful flow for readers. These include key benefits, features, eligibility & fees and current promotions etc.
- Analyse similar social media accounts and create relevant content
- Analyse website and social media statistics and make recommendations on how to improve follower count, engagement rate etc.
- Tracking / recording / data entry tasks for KPI management
- Other administrative tasks and SOPs, as they come up
- all tools, training and support will be provided!

There are three phases to this job:
Set Up:
In this stage, you will be doing a lot of project management work. I will have my content calendar for the month. You will help me to write video captions, hashtags, prepare telegram blast, create cover images using the templates provided and upload the videos or content. You will need to communicate with the video editor of changes of what parts to cut from a video to shorten videos to 1 min for Youtube shorts posting, as well as think of ways that we can create content in the most effective and efficient manner - for Tiktok, IG, Youtube etc. You will need to analyse the social media data to tell me your observations and recommendations for each platform. You will also vet through all videos before submitting to me.
Maintenance:
In this second stage, you will have a fundamental knowledge and rhythm of managing my content platforms. You will begin to propose videos for my content calendar and start having creative direction if you are able to.
Proposal:
At the third stage, you know the brand and product at the back of your finger tips and you are able to know what works and what doesn’t work for our brand on social media to bring in the follower, engagement and sales. If we both don’t know how to do it, it is fine, you will be given the space and time to research and figure out what we can try and what works.

Who should apply:
- Someone with high attention to detail and able to execute data research and workflow well
- Someone with a good command of English who can write well
- Comfortable some level of uncertainty (as the agency develops, systems and SOPs may change along the way)
- Great attitude: coachable, able to adapt, can learn well and learn quickly, speaks their mind, not afraid to provide ideas and solutions to improve and innovate and tell me when i'm wrong (I very much welcome it!)
- Some experience in financial products is a plus, but by no means necessary
