SENIOR DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER
-Graduate of any 4 or 5 year IT related course
-Hardworking, flexible on work location and work schedule
-Knowledge in Desktop/ Laptop installation, configuration and troubleshooting concerning OS, anti-virus programs, internet browser, emails (Lotus Notes), printer repair, etc.
-Knowledge in Network and Server installation, configuration and troubleshooting
--Knowledge of Windows Systems, Database System,Email System, Active Directory , NS Service, VM System, Citrix, Remote App/ Monitoring System, Back-up Management and server / storage hardware (sizing, design, troubleshooting)
-Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Syatems (Windows Platform, MS SQL, Ms Exchange, WSUS, Active Directory, DC/DNS/DHCP), WMWare, Citrix, Solaris, LINUX, Backup System, Storage System, Antivirus System (McAcffee, Symantec) and related devices/ technologies
-Responsible for End User Computing, Software Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management
-With good communication and interpersonal skills
-At least 3-5 year work experience to any related field; High exposure to Customer Service and can be with less supervision
