-Graduate of any 4 or 5 year IT related course
-Willing to work in Pasay City, shifting schedule, 5 days’ work week, 10.5 hours daily work
-With at least 6 months experience as Helpdesk or Service Desk Support
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but must have On the Job training as Service Desk Support
-Team Player
-Keen attention to detail and problem analysis
-Could quickly adapt to immediate operational changes’
-High Stress tolerance
-With good English communication skills
-Has good customer service and client engagement skills
-Advanced level of Microsoft office applications
