Heart Led Insurance Agency is seeking Full Time AND Part Time inside sales reps. We are an Insurance agency based in Florida, USA. We sell Medicare, and life insurance products. We are a hardworking local Insurance agency and believe in treating both our clients and staff with integrity, honesty, and fairness. Duties Include
- Calling Leads to schedule appointments with one of our licensed agents
- Calling existing clients to gain referrals
- Checking in with clients over the phone for retention to make sure they are happy with their health plans and life insurance policies
- Proficient in running Facebook ads and managing social media content


Qualifications
- 2+ Years experience in Health/ Life/ Medicare sales
- Must be good over the phone and have great English speaking
- Experienced in sales, customer service, and client retention
- 3 reference checks
- A positive attitude
