Southern Acres is a real estate investment company focused on purchasing vacant land at a discount and exploring residential development in North and South Carolina. We’re looking for a Real Estate Data Analyst to evaluate land opportunities by analyzing data, zoning, utilities, and land use potential, and working with our development and acquisitions team to identify valuable land for our projects.

You’ll build and maintain a target land list, research zoning and restrictions using tools like LandVision and GIS, and manage data using Excel. We seek a candidate with strong Excel skills, data management experience, and a willingness to learn real estate tools like LandVision, Land ID, and GIS.

This is a fully remote, full-time role with compensation between $640.00 and $960.00 per month, negotiable based on experience, and room for growth within the company.
