Hello! I’m Marlon, the founder of Creatives Method, a video marketing agency specializing in building personal brands and creating monetizable info products for our clients with established audiences. We work with driven creators and entrepreneurs who want to turn their expertise into impactful, profitable content.

We’re searching for a dedicated Media Buyer & Marketing Strategist to join our team long-term and grow with us. In this role, you’ll work directly with me to craft and implement marketing campaigns that move potential clients through each stage of the funnel—from awareness to conversion. You’ll be instrumental in leveraging platforms like Facebook Ads to amplify our clients' reach and drive measurable results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Strategic Media Buying: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google to maximize ROI.
- Funnel Development & Optimization: Design and manage marketing funnels, ensuring prospects smoothly transition through the 5 stages of awareness to become loyal customers.
- Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Utilize data-driven insights to identify and target the right audiences, tailoring messaging to resonate at each funnel stage.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze campaign metrics, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration with Creative Teams: Work closely with copywriters and content creators to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging strategies.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
- Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage advertising budgets to ensure optimal spend and campaign effectiveness.

Who You Are:

- Experienced Media Buyer: You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing successful ad campaigns, particularly on Facebook Ads.
- Marketing Savvy: Deep understanding of marketing principles, including the 5 stages of awareness and customer journey mapping.
- Data-Driven Analyst: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Funnel Expert: Proven experience in building and optimizing marketing funnels that drive conversions.
- Proactive & Detail-Oriented: You’re meticulous with details and always take the initiative to enhance campaign performance.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and articulate strategies.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in media buying or a similar role.
- Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms like GHL or similar.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with a remote team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
